There is a quote from Davos awhile back where someone asked the elites how to prevent an uprising they were worried about, and the economist told them ‘raise wages’. and the elites just looked at him and ask him for a more practical answer.

I read the post title three times, and I’m still not completely sure I understand it.
Rich dude in charge of government blames government’s poor service on striking workers, instead of on the conditions that caused workers to strike in the first place, and at the same time delivers his opinion in a way that shows how disconnected he is from the reality that workers struggle through.
