Aren’t there limited upgrade items in every from game?
Elden ring has boss drops that once given to a specific shop will allow you to buy infinite upgrade mats.
Other souls games also gave you that ability by progressing through the game, via access to new characters like the giant blacksmith, progressing the quest of the materials lady in DS2, and I think it just happened with Andre in DS3?
I think only the titanite slabs are limited (to varying degrees)
I’d forgotten about that, it’s been some years since I’ve booted up a Dark Souls title.
And yes, the equivalent of slabs are also limited in Elden Ring, but that makes little difference, frankly.
