I know this is a weird question. But I’m just wondering. Please don’t kill me.

I do body weight exercises. And finding it harder to do exercises that want me to lay down on my front side. Because, my ____ is squishing.😮‍💨

Also, there is a stupid stigma that exercise makes women more masculine. But are there any workouts that make a man look feminine? Like, it would be bit weird to see a BLL sized butt on a man, right?

This question came to my mind when I saw a workout plan in my app. The plans’ name is “Bikini Body”. I was like, “I should probably stay away from this. But what happens if I did it anyway?”

A muscle is a muscle, workout however you want. I get weird looks from some idiots when doing hip thrusts sometimes, but I can lift 170kg and my butt looks banging.

Nah do it all, except ones that literally would not work with your body like bending over on the knees without bracing with your hands. That’s something only women are able to do so your face would just fall onto the ground.

I would argue that you should go out of your way to do hip thrusts or any other butt strengthen exercise. Strong glutes help back pain and posture. Try to strengthen your whole posterior chain of muscles.

Some guys skip hip thrusts or glute bridges, but they are dumb. Chicks like butts too. A strong butt won’t make you look feminine. Strong glutes help with your thrusting motion. It helps generate more power when you thrust. Does that sound feminine or could you think of another reason why you would want a stronger thrust?

But also fuck the haters. Find what feels good. Work on controlled movements and try to go through a full range of motion. Don’t get injured.

If you are doing body weight stuff, look into sissy squats, if you haven’t. I don’t do too many of them, but they are tough.

I definitely got some looks when I did that one exercise all the ladies do, the one where you lay under the Smith machine on a block with your upper back, rest the barbell across your hips, and hump the air. They do it because it creates a big booty. I was doing it because strong glutes can help with posture and back pain.

Yes, I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called. At the gym I went to before I bought a squat rack for home, the Smith machine was right behind the squat rack. Women were always back there doing that exercise, so I looked it up to see what it does. I found out that it’s great for back issues and posture, so I added it to my routine, and got more than a few strange looks, usually from women.

Muscular butts also look good on everyone. I don’t understand why more dudes aren’t doing them.

It’s good to have options though. I messed up my foot pretty bad and while I can jog a few times a week, deadlifts or squats are right out.

Ah, that’s too bad. Those are like the King & Queen of exercises. It’s a good thing you do have other options though.

I had to buy jeans with a bigger waist because my ass wouldn’t fit any more. When I got fitted for a suit the seamstress grabbed my thigh and shook it and said “he has lots of muscles” to the tailor. Haha. As weird as that is, it made me feel good.

I did some hip thrusts in the gym, thought it might be easier/more comfy to use a power bag instead of a barbell so I did that.

It probably was comfier, but what I didn’t take into account is that the bag rests on your groin and it looks very much like you’re just lying in the gym humping a big pillow.

      Stick to the barbell!

A women working out and lifting wont make them masculine or “bulky” same goes for men if you do hip thrusts or those leg spread machine ones you won’t look “feminine”. In fact they are very aesthetic and can help with many lifts or general looks. Don’t sleep on any exercise.

If you’re concerned about not having enough of a masculine look just don’t skip arm and chest day. No muscle building is going to make you look feminine without changing the rest of your aesthetic (clothes, voice, hair, etc…).

No, not really. Women generally respond better to volume while men on average may benefit more from slightly lower volume, but steeper weight progression.

As for the BLL butt concern, you need to take into account that women have a different hip structure and generally higher body fat percentage that are also stored differently, which results in a different shape. It’s not something you should be concerned about.

The sad truth is that our archaic culture of Masculine and Feminine implies that strength and body definition themselves are masculine; that softness and daintyness are feminine.

So while you could potentially maximize gains on your thighs and glutes plus a thin waist to create a “world class bakery” style physique, you generally won’t ever look more feminine for a balanced workout.

One of the most attractive men I know has a beautiful bubble butt.
