Kamala refused to override the parliamentarian and pass the $15/hr minimum wage she and Biden promised.

Now she has the gall to ask us to give her almost 3 hours worth of minimum wage pay?

    This happened in 2021, it was proposed to be added to the COVID relief bill.

    Manchin and Sinema both signaled that they would kill the 1.9 Trillion dollar bill in its entirety if the minimum wage provision was added. The Parliamentarian advised that the provision wasn’t really covered under the "reconciliation’ part of the powers of the house, overruling her would just have killed a lot of aid to a lot of people.

      Yes, 2021, some people remember what was promised and what was fought for and given to the people.

      I do not see it the same way as you do, but I do understand your take.

        How do you see it? Kamala should have taken it upon herself to ignore the experts and get 1.9 T in aid killed? Manchin And Sinema have both since left the Democratic party, they would absolutely have killed that bill for the infamy alone.
