Far as I know, there has never been a bill regarding the GND. With the exception of the Infrastructure Act and the *inflation reduction Act which incorporated GND positions. Biden signed both.

There was a bill to recognize the duty of the Federal Government to create a Green New Deal, but no bill outlining the deal itself.

Yeah, that’s a sense of the House which essentially allows a committee to investigate an issue.
The thing about the New Green Deal that I find is that people don’t really know what it is or what policies it includes, but think it must be good.
