Looks like the CS 11 has dropped the AC port and sag control from the 12, and it has an output to power an XP 5 or XP 8. The XP 5 and 8 drop the IEC power plugs, and have outputs to daisy chain to more XP 5/8 units. The XP 5 has SKUs for with and without a power supply, the XP 8 is only sold with a power supply.

I still just have a little daisy chain thing, is it really worth the upgrade? I only play in my living room for myself lol

Daisy chaining multiple pedals can introduce hum, but it also depends on what combinations of pedals you’re chaining together off one supply. If you are happy with the sound you have, then it’s probably not worth the money to change to an isolated power supply. If you’re finding you have to roll back the volume knob on your guitar to zero to get rid of noise/hum when you’re not playing and it really irritates you, then it’s worth trying an isolated supply.

I have been using a CS12 for a few years, and this whole time I thought the AC port was to daisy chain the CS6/CS7 off it. But apparently it’s actually for pedals that take AC. I just recently acquired a pedal that takes 18v (MXr 10-band EQ) but I already have all my 18v ports in use, and was about to look at picking up a CS6, but then I need another wall outlet for it! Will have to try daisy chain the Prince of Tone and the EQ.
