For real though… There are usually tech clusters around fiber connections into the U.S. so that is likely a major contributor. (I have been to Akamai’s NOC/SOC in Miami, actually.)

Seattle Metro I could see… Microsoft, Nintendo, Boeing, Amazon, lots of smart people there.
I mean it’s 100% the smartest part of Florida but that is a really low bar to clear

Austin would have been higher on the list, but but Elon Musk and Joe Rogan recently moved there.
