    What a surprise… Microsoft killing something they once advertised as game-changing. Every fucking time.

      I just enjoy with what confidence they announced that back then. Like, it’s still MS Paint, it would have been fine for them to say that it’s a fun thing for the kids to play around with.
      But instead, it had to be the flagship feature of this big self-important update, which even featured a 3D-Objects folder in their already bloated folder structure that no one asked for.

      If I remember correctly, the Creator’s Update was even the first big upgrade to Win10, where they really wanted to show that they’ll be pumping features out in regular intervals. And yeah, what a nothingburger that was.
      They’re rolling back one of biggest parts of that upgrade, I frankly don’t remember any of the upgrades after that¹, and of course, despite their messaging that Win10 would be receiving upgrades forever, we’re now just before its EoL.

      ¹) I just looked it up. That would be the case, because there was only the “Fall Creators Update” directly afterwards and from then on, they just called it the month when it released. Boy…
