    I have been repeating this for two years. I saw it first hand in Orlando, Florida when in less than six months, funds had purchased most of a low income neighborhood. It is now mostly full of hospital and theme park workers and the rents went from $800 in 2021 to $1600 in 2024.

    Governments world wide need to start taxing the hell out of this. One house per person? Okay. two?aybe. Three? 5% of it’s value per year. 4th? 10
