Well that’s a colorless Time Walk! I love that it combines the titan’s cast triggers.
Add it to the list of MTG sets that have their own cards too.

Yeah this looks incredibly fun. Stupid amount of mana, but incredibly powerful and counterspells can’t ruin your day.
Counterspell can’t… But [[Narsets Reversal]] sure can ;)
I think there might be a swing to uncounterable removal being more of a thing as ward becomes more common, so I am happy to see that on a top end card.
