Who uses realms though? Like genuinely ive never met someone who does
I do. My family and a couple new is friends. Been going several years now.
You can also use Enderman griefing as a sign of continued activity around a certain area, since people building underground bases don’t typically make them too deep (as it’s annoying to go up and down all the time).
