State law requires that those who nominate electors in October be state officers, which includes members of the Legislature, judges and others. They could also be candidates for the Legislature.

The Green Party does not have anyone who qualifies to be a nominator, and therefore can’t legally name a slate of presidential electors as required by law.

Sorry, spoilers. The bullshit brought forth by the lawyer for the Green party that “they are saying they need to be a Democrat or Republican to be on the ballot” is just that. Bullshit. Wisconsin state law is clear on what you needed to be on the ballot.

another example of how Democrats, just like Republicans, waste efforts and resources to keep better options off the table

Ha, with the current batch of green party candidates, we aren’t missing out on anything special.

Funny, I was thinking it was an example of how spoiler candidates try to twist the rules so they can influence election outcomes. Stein should at least be honest like this clown and openly admit that she’s only running to try and get Trump elected. Oh wait, she can’t. She might stop being useful to her boss if she did that.

We wouldn’t vote for your POS right wing authoritarian even if Stein wasn’t in the ballot. The liberal myth of spoiler vote only exists in your head.
