sitting cross-legged on the floor for 2 minutes resulted in the most painful foot cramp of my life. It just kept tensing, and tensing, and I could do nothing but just sit there and watch my world white out in the pain. When I came to not long after, I could still feel the after effects

The only thing that works for me is to walk. Especially foot arch or calf cramps.

Rolling over in bed… gets me the most. The most times that I’ve pulled by back or shoulders… come from just rolling over in bed. Granted, I have a weighted blanket, but still.

And short video clips of those old school metal blade fans with little to no blade guards just humming away, ready to chop an errant finger

I slept on my pillow wrong and the entire week was constant shooting pain if I looked left or right.

During this period of time I had to kneel and get something out of a cupboard. My knee shifted and popped.

So I just collapsed and rolled back and forth crying in agony as my body surged with pain. All from the strenuous activity of sleeping and getting cookware.

Too relatable, this reminds me my back hurts.
