Since at least the fall of 2023, Russian drones have ravaged Beryslav, a small city near Kherson in southern Ukraine, right by the Dnipro River. […] Between last September and July 2024, they [Ukrainian authorities] counted over a hundred strikes that left nearly 130 reported civilians injured and 16 dead in Beryslav and its surrounding villages and settlements.

In-depth open-source investigation [and] interviews with Ukrainian officials, war analysts, drone experts, NGOs on the ground, and survivors of drone attacks. They all point to one thing: Russian military may have used drones indiscriminately and systematically against civilians.

British lawyer Jordash, who carries the honorary title of King’s Counsel, is president of the Global Rights Compliance, a non-profit legal practice specialized in international humanitarian law. I know I shouldn’t be surprised by this from the country that bombed a children’s hospital but somehow I am. What the actual fuck is this? Sounds like a living nightmare.

They should probably focus on the soldiers who are kicking their asses instead of the civilians.

Even in Texas I bet most people wouldn’t like having to fend off surprise lethal air attacks while they’re doing yard work or whatever

I’m a left American who loves my guns and just dares a fascist fuck head to try and take them.

FUCK NO would I want drones circling my town. I don’t give a fuck it I have enough shotguns and bird shot to take down a small army of drones myself, it’s fucking terrifying.

Basically, not the best place for a joke.

Plenty of towns and cities in Texas right up on the border.

This is all sorts of disgusting, and it is also disgusting to think Ukranians should “just fight back”.
