How’d this not violate some Disney trademark I wonder…
Parody is pretty well protected, but it also helps that he’s so bad at drawing Goofy that he could argue it’s a different character
It’s luggage does say Captain Ruru (I think), so obviously it’s not Goofy, lol
It’s Gordy, the close friend of Mitchell Mouse and Darren Duck.
