This is one of the ones I feel like would benefit from no text. His editor probably thought people wouldn’t get it then, though.
Needs something showing that they are digging a moat specifically. Like a wagon with “Joe’s Moats Inc.” On the side.
Joe would know how to dig a moat. This is their first time.

Even if it were on the outside, that is one tiny-ass moat.
It’s agile development. First you make a moat. Get paid. And if that’s not the moat they envisioned they need to hire you again to widen/deepen it.
