Napalm is aluminum salts of naphthenic acid and palmitic acid. The aluminum saponifies the other two constituents resulting in a fuel-gel mixture. Polystyrene + gasoline is dollar store napalm, not the real deal.

Promoting anything to do with fire after they gutted fire mechanics is in poor taste.
Gutting fire in the same update as the fire warbond was definitely an interesting choice
I’m looking forward to using it on bot planets. It’s always satisfying to bring down a heavy devastator with a flamethrower.

Frankly I’ve not played since their flamethrower nerf fiasco.
I am very little motivated to bother coming back right now, it seems like every time there’s something fun they nerf it into the ground. While skipping fixes on spawns, patrols and whatever the fuck else is broken at the time.
I don’t think I’ll come back until they add the third faction, but that still heavily depends on whether the game will be fun to play again or not.
Word of advice. Move on to another game. You’re done with this one. Don’t look back. Unfollow this community. Enjoy the good memories.
Too many people get hyperfixated on a single game. It confuses me why people torture themselves to play a game until it’s no longer fun. I see enough of this in Stardew Valley and Obsidian MD communities.
I have, been playing a lot of other stuff since. I usually hop between games often, it’s just that Helldivers dropped out of that rotation.
It’s just a shame because Helldivers was a good game to occasionally drop in to, easily one of my favorites this year. And I for sure got my hours out of it, it’s just sad to see something that was so much fun go down by devs changing stuff nobody asked for, repeatedly. I’m just hoping to read something about how the game made a turn around some day.
