All I want to do when someone started talking like this, is to ask “but why”, but I don’t as I lack the energy and willpower to deal with this.
Is there really anything that historians “don’t want us to know”? I feel like historians will more than likely want to tell us more about history than anybody would really ever care to know.
Pretty much. Ask any historian a question about their area of expertise and getting them to stop wanting you to know things is the problem.
Yeah but what they say is just a bunch of distractions. They won’t talk about real issues and how it was actually aliens!!!
Those evil masterminds. Hiding interesting information behind other interesting information!
Just how much we’ll never know because counter narratives were systematically destroyed in most periods until the printing press.
