    Reminds me of a Noah’s ark tv special where they claimed to have found the ark and that there was a bunch of gold jewelry in it, including crucifixes. But…why would Noah have crucifixes?

      Considering the time it would take to paint something like this, I would seriously doubt the painter just didn’t think about. It’s most likely just foreshadowing.

    Art from this period is so weird. They’d dress the Saints and such in modern clothing. It’d be like us drawing the Apostles and such, wearing 2023 swag.
