Join cops or retake the police
Every left or center leaning young and able body person should join cop/military.
The basic idea is to use waves of new recruits to “wash” the institution like it’s dirty rag.
good cop in (that’s us) > bad cop exposed > bad cop jailed/fired/suspended (goal) if bad cops jailed/fired/suspended > insert more good cops if good cop fired/killed > insert another good cop > repeat the process

While you are on the job you must identify yourself. With identifiable items, badge, certain phrase etc.
bring certain mental association to people you are interecting with. Cops with identifier = good, trustworthy; cops without identifier = do not trust them.
Don’t hide. Hiding means no outside intervention can meaningfully reaches you. You’ll die, they made up some bullshit for your death and you will be forgotten.

On the job you are, in all intent and purpose, a cop. You wield the same privilege, same bullshit power they wield. Things they can get away with, you can too. Remember that.

You are not going to stay there to collect retirement funds. You will quit after one or two years and let other people took over.
Because no sane person want to be cops for that long. And it’s better for the check and balance, limit exposure, and less likely they are to be contaminated by corruption.
If they do become cohort with corrupted cops, we can have easier time replacing them. Maybe.
Unless acquisition of higher position is beneficial.

To be frank, a big point to this is to convince you people to support this strategy. A lot of you are going to be anarchist. “ACAB” to the core. To you guys any sort of entangelment with the cops is a no no, to the point of irrationality I must say.
I think the way the left completely abstain in the acquisition of power is counterproductive and absurd. Be mindful, be diligent, catch them and replace them in time, and the worst outcome can be avoided or mitigated.
To address the long lasting fear that is “all power corrupts”. Which I am mostly agree on principle.

- provide financial support or job opportunity to those fired
- have means to shelter, and to provide safety or route to escapes to whistle-blowers, cops that switched, and their families.

“Retake the police”. Just like Kamala famous slogan “We are not going back!”. It’s powerful. It projects determination. It project aggressiveness. Active participation, and Strength! “Retake the police!”
If we can’t abolish them, WE TAKE THEM.

The best and safest solution is the state, us it’s massive authority, go through a thorough evaluation, to regulate, reign in, crack down, fire, and jail the offensive cops.
But you don’t have that option. You can’t just trust the current authority to do things right, and not abuse their power. Do you?

There should be effort to be made to assist them, to deprogram or to help them transition to a new job.
