It could actually be decent depending on how flavored it is. Candied bacon is a thing. However, if it’s a strong cinnamon and sugar flavor it’s gonna be ass. It’ll probably lean too hard on the dessert side though.
cinnamon and meat is fantastic, ie. food with arabic influences
I’m guessing its not too dissimilar to maple bacon, slightly sweet but nothing crazy
