Thanks for the contrbiution. Don’t be discouraged by the downvotes. This topic is something many on the left have trouble coming to terms with, and finding a relative balance in life in a society dominated by capitalist interests, while not an easy feat, is foundtionally important to growing a strong base for support of actual movements. No one said revolutionary optimism would be simple. This channel in particular (Invidious: Yugopnik, YouTube: Yugopnik) I find is quite good at connecting with individualistic interests and staying a bit more grounded in everyday life than many, traits which make it high value for infotainment that might get some fence-sitters or apathetics thinking and interested in learning more. Good post!

TL;DR. Lefties cannot enjoy anything not because they’re weak mediocrities, but because they’re enraged mediocrities. Which is even worse. That’s how you get terrorists.

      weak mediocrities

      Surival of the fittest, eh?

Who are these terrorists you’re talking about, the revolutionaries or what?

Every terrorist calls himself a revolutionary.

Lol you would be still a slave if anybody did not act as a revolutionary. Almost no rights were given, most were taken.

Yeah, you’re right, Stalin gave so many rights to tens of millions he murdered!

A busy man, huh? Tens of millions, what a number… Such a shame even the CIA rejected the idea of Stalin as all-mighy dictator

but you may earn a living on writing fantasy novels about it.

Stalin was an angel compared to many of his Western imperialist counterparts like Churchill. Supporting the system that murders millions of people everywhere and demands infinite growth, results in imperialism and causes mass poverty is not an alternative to the USSR model at all. I can’t tell if you’re misguided or a fascist, though. 😉
