Just a guess, but I’m thinking it’s bot spam in an effort to trick youtubes algorithm into promoting the video due to the “engagement”.
Maybe it’s a new spam bot like you said. But it’s done in like every type of channel, even Prime Video heck even in videos on YouTube’s official channel which I doubt they’d use it on their own videos.
they just post these names in a chain
