I just updated yesterday to the 1.3.5 release.
Unfortunately now when I use my thumb to quickly scroll posts and comments it doesn’t respond.
But if I stop, and move very slowly it does register the scroll. After it finally does scroll then for about 10 seconds or so it behaves normally.
This doesn’t happen, however, in the top half of the screen. Just the bottom half.

1.3.6 has just released to the App Store–it should resolve this issue.
It just showed up, I’ve updated it and the issue is resolved.

Are you on iOS 18? There is a known issue where swipe gestures and scroll gestures conflict on iOS 18, which causes the behavior you describe. We have a fix currently in app review that should be live shortly.
It is ios18.
I should have noted that and to be honest I should have associated the iOS update along with the app data.
