I bought all the gear to make a bunch of cocktails and I’m having a good day
The SO is outside checking the gutters before the rains arrive and I’m huddled inside listening to my printer chug away, feeling lazy because I’m not being as productive as everything else in the vicinity.
Supervising is being productive!
You’ve just reminded me that I need to clear out our gutters too. There’s no way I’m motivated enough to do it today though. It will just be something to eat away at me in the back of my mind.
We have some friendly neighbourhood birds that clear them out for us (mostly). We’ll just wake up one morning and there is moss and decomposed leaves lying all over the place, it took years to work out where it was coming from. I presume there are bugs or something in there that they are looking for?
Unfortunately, the only wildlife our gutters support is a range of mosses and grasses. Maybe the odd native seeding.
Kids seem to be over their cold, but wife and I have started feeling sick.
At least I don’t have anything on this weekend.
Oh no, healthy kids with sick parents is the worst!
