Explanation: The bust pictured is of Gaius Julius Caesar (yes, THE Caesar), who conquered Gaul - roughly modern-day France.
‘Bar bar bar’ is a reference to the Greek-derived term of ‘Barbarian’, which the Romans also used, meaning an uncivilized outsider. ‘Bar bar bar’ was the Greek onomatopoeia of mocking foreign tongues as sounding like gibberish.
