The dude is fusion splicing inside his van.
As a fiber tech, I’m going to borrow this description when I get asked what my job is to my non-tech friends & acquaintances.
And if I get asked what that means, I’ll simply wink and smile 😉
Fiber optics require a clean area for working on it.
Person in that van is working on a fiber optics enclosure. Sometimes they do that in the open on a table but i guess that particular one prefers their working space inside the van. It looks a bit weird for bystanders lol
Let’s not be fooled, dude got AC in the van. Lol.
