ZUNs account on Twitter (currently known as X) was hijacked and used to post dangerous links. ZUN still can’t login into account. His attempts at contacting Twitter support wasn’t successful, so he created second Twitter account, which later was suspended. In his new Bluesky account ZUN said that due to this Twitter situation he’s considering making Bluesky account his main one. Later he added that he lost motivation working with Twitter.
I’m not sure where creation of second Twitter account is placed on timeline. Might be after considering Bluesky and before zun said that he lost motivation.
If I understand correctly the timeline:

his main twitter account was hacked, and he lost access to it. He made an appeal yet to be executed

He then created a bluesky account.

After that, he created a secondary twitter account, mentioning bluesky. And this secondary account was frozen by twitter rules.
At this point, until this main twitter account appeal is conclusive, his only mean to post content is through bluesky

Not hoping for a miracle, but it’d be nice if some Japanese users followed him, even if only as a secondary account.
I believe Japan is the nation with the second most twitter users, so any chip at that foundation helps.
That, and I’d like to see more touhou artists venture beyond twitter.
