What does it mean to feel another race? This feels like engagement in racial stereotyping and racial fetishization.
I mean I don’t really understand it or know much of anything about it, but it doesn’t really seem like it’s hurting anyone and honestly trying to define someone’s race is pretty arbitrary anyway since almost no one is purely descended from people from one specific area. I don’t know I feel like it’s just easier to let people be whoever they want unless there’s some demonstrable harm. I’m not saying I see no way this could be problematic, just that I’m going to assume it isn’t until proven otherwise because we really don’t need more division at this point.
Great points. Great post. Thank you!

Well, more and more social studies researchers and psychologists are seeing as a legitimate area of exploration and understanding. And they are not saying it’s racial stereotyping or fetishization.
You are free to have your own opinion, but I and many others disagree with your opinion.
No…no no no. Let me off the ride
K, take care! Bye!
Oh I know, my native is ass is used to you racists taking everything and telling me to go away. Now you’re taking away races too. Now that’s white privilege, being able to just become another race you want to be
Anyways, this whole trans racial bullshit is racism with another mask.
Bruh, my mother is black and my father is white. Sociology professors are studying the transracial effect and many people disagree with you. In fact, it makes you sound racist for being so unaccepting of others.
Biracial is not even remotely the same thing. For one thing it’s real.
Deciding you are now a race you aren’t a part of is just beyond stupid
Well tell that to the professors and all the people claiming it is real. I didn’t write the articles or come up with the term.
