This is a war crime, hitting a hospital, and then hitting it again to kill civilians that come to aid the wounded.
Russia is a terrorrist state.Yeah. The Kremlin does it so frequently it’s just noise now, but the reality is truly horrifying. Terrorist attacks killing people at hospitals, then those who try to help them.
They hit 21 people with 2 bullets? That’s efficient.
