No, looks legit. That first joker says you can make straights and flushes with just four cards.
The 10 is a different suit than the rest, without it there is no straight flush.
You got a straight (Queen, Jack, 10, 9) and a flush (Queen, Jack, 9, 3) so it’s a Straight Flush.
