I think Netanyahu just doesn’t want a peace deal. That it results in helping to sway the election in a way he desires is just the cherry on top for him.
Netanyahu is playing Biden and the rest of the administration like conductor at an orchestra. Biden and by proxy Kamala are falling in line. They will cause enough Muslim and people of conscience to not vote that they are at risk of losing.
