Lebanese Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib said in an interview with CNN that both Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had agreed to a temporary truce just before Israel killed Nasrallah in a massive air strike in Beirut.

Trust me, bro.

There was reporting in the Washington Post that contradicts this.

Senior Israeli officials said they voiced support for the cease-fire proposal, but Nasrallah withheld his consent, insisting on a cease-fire for Gaza first, U.S. and Middle Eastern officials said.
