    This is a very poorly worded headline; it’s not that she said that going forward she plans to keep the Biden train running if she’s elected president, she’s saying that over Biden’s term there isn’t much that she would have done differently had she been president. At least that’s what I gather from the article.

    Some might not see this as much different, I tend to disagree.

      It’s a huge difference, as going forward there’s a lot where the two may differ, with the past four years not exposing these potential splinters as well as the next four.

      The other thing is the specter of the other guy’s re-election likely hovered over Biden’s time in the seat, while it’s likely that by the time Harris faces re-election the other guy he’s too old/in jail/etc giving Harris a freer hand.

    That shouldn’t be surprising to anyone. We should all expect a Harris administration to be very similar to the Biden administration. Democrats didn’t want to replace Biden with Harris because they thought she had better policies, or that any policy changes were necessary at all, they did it because Biden was too old. The Democrats wanted Joe Biden but younger, and that’s what they got.
