    This would neither make/keep the government smaller, as well as not help people in poverty, but I’m sure it will get bipartisan support though because it fucks over Americans and lines the pockets of politicians.

    And this is exactly why signal isn’t sufficient. Signal is centralized, signal can be killed with a stroke of a pen.
