This looks great! Can we get a recipe? Im curious what the tortilla looking things are. Im guessing some kind of pita bread or something similar?
Yeah it was mainly leftovers/improvised.
I did a spice rub over night and diced up and then pan fried. then just your standard sides, cucumber, red onion, pita bread (litely toasted) Greek yoghurt and some iceberg lettuce
The pita bread was store bought. :P
