I think it fits both subs honestly
This community is meant to be for historical photos. This only fits in the most technical sense, in that it’s a potentially historical photo (I don’t know whether the photo itself is contemporary, which is what would fit, IF it fits at all) of historical media that is not photographic.

No, it just means English Jewish people.
