He’s been allowed to get away with violating the first amendment for awhile though. It’s no wonder he’s trying to here. The whole disney vendetta started because they openly opposed a law they wanted to pass. Not much more first amendment than that.

Brazil doesn’t have USA’s First Amendment. So no matter which stance people have on what it should be, it was legally valid.
