Very defensible. Doesn’t look like it can receive supply from the sea though, and those cliffs don’t look particularly hospitable to installing a dock somewhere. Also, freshwater supply?

There’s a bit of a beach to the right out of frame where supplies could come in. It’s not as well defended, though.
Looks windy. My ears hurt just looking at this photo.
I was there a month ago. It wasn’t windy at all.
