Working with libertarian orgs is a bad idea all around. They range from re-skinnned fascists at worst to embarrassments (even among libertarians!) at best.
Individual libertarians, though, occasionally offer some potential for bringing people around to socialism. You’ll find some who give a shit about other people, aren’t bigoted, and who will be critical of businesses as well as governments. There’s something to work with there, in my experience.

At what point, whether through ignorance or maliciousness, are we going to call conservatives what they are—-Fascists? I have friends and family who are fascist. I talked on the phone to a fascist today. It is what it is.
