Ok, so super sore from yesterday. Pushed through. I feel like I am getting a slight cold?!

But this is wear the overtraining can come into play. If I am getting a cold, working out through def won’t make it better. But would resting up, make it better faster?

I won’t find out, cuz I’m working out thru it, but it’s annoying!

5 sets of 20 reps. And on arms and squats, I moved the weight up slightly. Chest tho, was pretty maxed out and hard to hit those final few reps on the fifth set, so didn’t increase weight.
