    I’m gonna beat the same drum most people beat here, you know it’s dystopian when you need the manufacturer’s permission to be “let” delete something from your device. This criticism equally applies to Android devices with locked bootloaders.

    It will be interesting to see what the fanboys and the apologists say to this. What is truly sad, is that it is only the people in the european union that get to do this. The rest of the world is locked under apple’s tight grip, with its dirty nails digging into us.
