When i read salute i was honestly expecting a hitler salute.
He was President until January 20, 2021 and had the power to pardon anyone involved in January 6.
He was in the process of being impeached (again) at the time. That would’ve been a bad look, even for Trump.
Wouldn’t have stopped Republicans from acquitting him though.
