If you’re making rosin and have a mod already check out the dtv5. Tastes way better than any cart. Full size dabs from a mod. Only thing is having to reload it every few hits but each hit is a real dab so you don’t have to nurse it like a pen. Also can’t clog if you end up with any plant material in your finished product. Clean up is wipe with a qtip and continue.

It’s for discreetness while out and about, so I got the carts, as well as a Yocan evolve plus.

I’ve got some terpenes as a thinner, but hoping to not need it except for some less obvious carts for out in public.

Always good to know about other options, my portable vape has a concentrate pod as well, so lots of options!

Not planning on pressing flower due to the issues I’ve heard with clogging, but pressing bubble hash should be fine from what I’ve seen. The carts are one time use anyways, so they will clog eventually, hopefully when spent.

Yeah definitely can’t beat carts for discretion. That pressed hash will be delicious!

My one suggestion is that fully ceramic carts have substantially better taste and pull through then the “ceramic-coil” carts at the expense of cost and being more fragile (tops will shatter off from drops). One example is https://www.vpm.com/vpm-full-ceramic-cartridges/ at $3.45 each. They usually average about $2 a cart or less if you buy in bulk though.

I did read a little on the differences between metal/ceramic, unfortunately the 2ml on this site only has this option, next batch I’ll get some 1ml and get some metal and ceramic to see which I prefer.

I actually wanted the metal, I heard they clog less, but the downside is less taste and clouds, but my hash is also pretty “dirty”, next batch should be cleaner and a non issue.
