    I’ve always been very honest about that stuff. Only thing I sometimes wouldn’t disclose were suicidal urges

      I used to be closed off completely. But at some point, I realised, somehow, that people can’t help if they don’t know what is wrong.

        Most times they sadly can’t help when they know what is wrong either in my experience
