So few comments for one of the biggest new model releases this year. Lemmy needs more car guys here.

Only in the States, just even the EcoBoost Mustang would easily be a $100k car in most of the world.

But yeah most of the car enthusiasts are still on r/cars from what I’ve seen and imo, Lemmy does a much better job at attracting the Fuck Cars demographics lol

It’s far more than just the typical refresh. And there is typically nothing wrong with that.

Of course there’s nothing wrong with that but I don’t think many will get hype for the same chassis and engine tweaks. The last generation had the benefit of the 5.2L Voodoo engine at least.

This generation basically has giant screens and a Coyote tune. Also reviews complain about numb steering. But enjoy it while it lasts. The next traditional Mustang might be electric.

Interesting that the take rate for a manual was low enough that ford just axed that entirely.

It’s a shame, the car could be more fun if they just gave it the tremec. The MT82 is ok at best

Well the GT V8 still comes standard with a manual for what it’s worth.

I can’t get past the yellow. It looks like a Camaro to me because of the color. Bummer about automatic only. I need to try one of these EcoBoost motors out.
