The right shift key vs. the up arrow key on my Lenovo Ideapad have been placed unfortunately - I think they would be better swapped - When I go for shift I usually catch the up-arrow instead

Is there any help for this?

Old typing habits die hard. Why would I have to type differently on one machine vs. the way I have always done on 3 others. Muscle memory makes typing go fast. So I just attached a USB keyboard, but this won’t help if I want to take the laptop away and work remotely.

Update:AS it turns out, I don’t do that often.

The best situation would be to swap right shift and up arrow. I tried that and still had mistakes, but now the opposite kind because I had become somewhat accustomed to the bad layout. If I go the disabled route then I would be disabling the up-arrow, and I don’t have any place nearby to make a new up-arrow.

What I am doing for now is just using an external keyboard (Logitech wireless set with a mouse)
