Is it possible that Paul just didn’t think the Micah prophecy was applicable to Jesus? Maybe he thought it was not authentic or maybe thought it was talking about another person?
Could you elaborate? Are you responding to one of the discussions in the linked thread or is this a new topic?
The Micah prophecy seems to predict the Messiah being from Bethlehem and yet Paul knew that Jesus was from Nazareth, thus couldn’t be tje Messiah.
I just wonder how he could have missed this. I was asking if
