I just randomly decided to write an “article” about Snickers that reads like an ad. For an article that’s supposed to “explain the science”, it did very little explaining of the science
Just kind of a simple “how it’s made” but no explanation of the why
But Maillard! Surely namedropping the Maillard reaction means it’s science!
