I had to look this one up the other day because I was curious. Apparently the shadow guy is called “The Hat Man” and he’s someone people claim to see when they take too much Benadryl. I guess this is a known meme?

I had an idea that I might save for next year. Wear a lavalier mic with a boom taped to my head and a little flesh-colored foam pop filter. Hold my hands out in front of myself in various engaging ways.
